Tasting Notes
First aroma's for dry flowers-potpourri and morel mushroom before the citric rind and melon tropical tones show through.
A round palate entrance of orange-blossom, straw, floral and oak notes with Mango and Guava tropical fruit tones. Overall a round mouthfeel that still maintains a zesty finish.

Production Notes
Aged in a Concrete Egg and Barrels on its yeast lees for 10 months
Winemaker Notes
Whole cluster pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank using DV10 Champagne yeasts. Once dry, the wine is transferred to a concrete egg and barrels for extra micro-oxidation to enhance texture and varietal development. The wine was then racked, filtered and bottled.
