In the glass, this wine presents a deep, inky garnet hue. Aromas are richly layered, featuring spicy black cherry, anise, leather, and seasoned oak. Production Notes
Crushed and destemmed to 1.5-ton fermenter, 24-hour cold soaked before being inoculated. Hand punch down two times a day to the end of fermentation then pressed.
Wine barrel aged in small neutral French oak and new Rewind barrels.
